IT'S DATE NIGHT!

Rosegal has done it again! This red number was the perfect choice for my recent date night. It was on my Valentine's Day wish list and I am so glad I chose this one. It's curvy girl friendly because the fabric isn't too thin. Be sure to wear some shape wear underneath and you're good to go. (This is the shape wear garment I wore underneath.) I also love that this is more a cold shoulder top, than an off the shoulder completely. The straps help to keep the dress in place, even if your bust is heavy. I did have to wear an awesome strapless bra underneath. I found this amazing strapless bra on Amazon! Thank me later.

This dress has a great amount of stretch in it, and it feels so soft against my skin. The ruffles at the bottom are a detail that adds to the femininity of this dress. I paired it with some fun earrings and some lucite  sandals to complete the look!  It is the perfect date night dress!

I wanted to share a look I wore the other day, while out with the family! Some of the pieces were from my Rosegal wish list. It was a little experimental for me. It was a combination of several different ideas. It was edgy, it was soft, it was preppy, and  I got tons of compliments on it!

Hey ya’ll,

 I’m absolutely loving this black and white look! With the weather being cooler here in Florida, I am finally able to don some warmer winter looks! This two-piece is from JustFashionNow. Watch the review on this outfit over on my YouTube channel! 

So, these sock booties are a bit unexpected with this look, especially for me. I decided to pair them with this look for a bit of interest. Some hoop earrings completed this simple, yet bold look. These days I’m all about making effortless fashion statements as a mom of two.   

Although this look is black and white my reality couldn’t be farther from that nowadays. I am learning that everything isn’t going to be either white or black. Certain situations call for a tolerance of the gray area. Certain predicaments will require a patience and a coaxing towards either extreme. 

Being a mom and wife has been stretching and maturing me in ways I never imagined. God has been using my roles to help me understand the depth of His love for me. I'm excited to continue embracing the black, the white, and the gray.

I've got another Zaful find for you today!

It is my opinion that every gal needs a little pink dress in her closet. Why? Because some days you want to feel both striking and soft. This is especially possible when you have a great quality LPD. Zaful delivers again with this super comfortable and supportive pink mini body-con!

I've been stepping out of my comfort zone lately and doing more form-fitting clothes, despite my reservations about my body. Every time I take a risk I feel more empowered to embrace my body and continue to work toward my ultimate goals. Ultimately, I want to lose about 10 more pounds and tone up my muscles. I want to tighten up my abs and reduce the cellulite on my legs. In the mean time, I try to make smart outfit choices while still being bold. 

Oh, and shape-wear is a must! I've been loving my Bellefit corset for outfits that are fitted on top and loose at the bottom. For a dress like this, I use a torso-to-thigh shaper like this one.

This dress is made of polyester and spandex  fabric, but feels very high quality. It is super stretchy and the material reminds me of shape wear. It is finely ribbed and does not reveal any lumps or bumps! I paired it with my favorite over-the-knee boots of the moment, to make it more Winter appropriate. I loved the end result!

Hi Everyone, 

This army green bomber jacket has me feeling all types of tough! This is another piece from Zaful, and I am in love!! This look is on the rugged and casual side and a little out of the norm for me, but I’m loving it! 

The olive green is such a nice pop of color during the Winter months. You can wear something like this year-round, too! Wear it during the spring with a t-shirt, jeans, and sandals or wear it in the summer with shorts and a tank top. I love the French-inspired patchwork. The patches really takes this bomber jacket to new style heights!

I decided to pair this jacket with a sheer, polka dot bodysuit and velvet leggings with over-the-knee boots for the Winter. The thick-framed cat eye sunglasses add the finishing touch of edge.

I'm back with another fashion post! I am featuring Zaful again, as I have been partnering with them as of late. This post is all about some of the most note-worthy trends this season. Personally, I am really into over-sized outerwear right now. 

1. Over-sized/ Long Outerwear

 There is something very chic about an over-sized coat or jacket. Throwing on an over-sized coat atop a dress or a top and jeans creates interest, edge, and a bit of mystery. 

2. Over-the-Knee Boots  

I love that these come in so many varieties. Stiletto, chunky heels, high heels, flats, opened toes,  pointed toes, rounded toes, etc. You can dress them up or down. A great pair of OTK boots are a great default for all of your fall and winter outfits. 

3. Faux fur details

Nothing days glamour like fur. If you want that effortless 'wow' factor, try some faux fur details this Fall and Winter season.  Faux fur is a trendy way to look fabulous whilst protecting animal rights. 

 4. Plaid/tartan

What I love about this runway craze is the androgynous feel of a tartan or plaid clothing item. There’s also something so polished about plaid. 

5.  Fray Hemmed Jeans

 Now, this is one trend I never thought would be a ‘thing’. I certainly never pictured wearing jeans that looked like this in any capacity other than a show. But fray hem jeans are a new trend making ‘waves’ in the fashion community. Done correctly they are, surprisingly, clever.

In today's look I am styling this delightful floral romper! It's another piece I received from Zaful recently! Living in a warmer climate has its benefits. One of those is the ability to wear rompers in the Fall. Now, I did style this romper in a way that will give you some inspiration for a colder climate.

I wore this look out on the town for the weekend. I love rompers because they are super easy to style. I sized up, so that I could have some (literal) wiggle room. i paired them with these gorgeous over-the-knee boots from Charlotte Russe.

Hi Everyone,

This edgy t-shirt dress is from Zaful!! When I first saw it on the website I was drawn to it because it was casual with a bit of roughness, and it could be dressed up. After I received my package, I noticed the date read 1986...my birth year! It was totally meant to be! 😆 I wore it for brunch with the fam last weekend and I felt chic, yet comfy. The perfect combo! It’s also a great piece for the fall!
